NRCSE Towards Creative Teaching and Learning Project with Patrice Baldwin

January 25, 2022 By nikitajoshi Leave a Comment

This video is about the NRCSE ‘Towards Creative Teaching and Learning’ (CTL) project.

A face-to-face training brought together 22 community led teachers to learn how to use a wide range of drama strategies as pedagogical tools. The objective was to help students to develop their thinking, language learning, group work and problem solving. CTL will continue to focus on the role that the arts and cultural learning play in transforming the lives of young people.

The project is funded by John Lyons Charity. The event was funded by Resource for London.

What Supplementary Schools tell about us

I really enjoyed the way this training was held. Angela really knows a lot of things about class management – she was open to discussion and answered our questions. I would like to take part in more similar trainings. It would be useful if more community schools get involved in this type of training.
