Deadline for registering for GCSE/A level with CLEx

March 5, 2021 By nrcadminse Leave a Comment

CLEx (NRCSE Community Language Examination Centre) is open to entries from students attending any of our subscribing settings who are trying to find an examination centre for the following languages:

German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Biblical Hebrew, Chinese, Greek, Gujarati, Italian, Japanese, Persian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish and Urdu

We believe strongly that the best place for young people to enter a home/heritage language GCSE is through their mainstream schools if at all possible. Our Executive Director is happy to contact the headteacher/exams officer at their mainstream school if they need to be reassured. For Gujarati we recommend BAPS Swaminarayan, for Persian we recommend Rustam, for Russian we recommend Znaniye, for Polish we recommend the Polish Educational Society, for Greek we recommend getting touch with the Cyprus Educational Mission. For any information about CLEx please email us, or completed our preliminary registration form and we will get in touch. The closing date for registering with us at the normal fee of £140 for a GCSE is 12/3/21, £175 for A level. We may be able to accept late entries but they will cost more.

What Supplementary Schools tell about us

We commissioned NRC to develop a business plan, a training programme and to carry out consultations with service users of one of our subsidary organisation. Claire Arthur provided us excellent service in a professional manner and also helped us to raise £175,000 funding. I would recomend her both on professional and personal level to anyone who is considering to work with her.
