An exhibition of literature and music – from the great African empires of the Middle Ages to the cultural dynamism of West Africa today
For Saturday workshops, there are workshop leaders in place to run sessions on:
Saturday 30 January 2016 10.30-12.00 or 13.00-14.30
In each timeslot we can take max 20 primary and 20 secondary students (so 40 per timeslot).
There are still available slots on weekdays too. For full information about both sessions, and a link to the availability for weekday slots, the best idea is for you to visit our website: primary workshops here, and secondary workshops here. West Africa: word, symbol and song
I would absolutely love to welcome supplementary schools during the week or on one of the Saturdays above. The booking form is online (via the workshop pages) and all sessions are free.
Six supplementary schools attended the teacher training workshops on Tuesday 1 December
Croydon Supplementary Education Project (Jacinth Martin)
Dar Huda Saturday School (Aribah Hammouda)
Crescent Community School (Samira Said)
Iranian school (Vista Hooshangi)
Najah Supplementary Arabic School (Smain Bekhti)
Swagger Supplementary School (Sharon Williams)
