‘Our work is focused on the Yida refugee camp in the Nuba Mountains region of Sudan. We are striving to offer assistance where it’s most needed through four core programs; Child Safeguarding, Education, Gender Empowerment & Advocacy.
Child Safeguarding
The program aims to provide child protection to the unaccompanied minors living in the camp through a fostering scheme and the establishment of a social work department that monitor the children’s lives in their new families. ‘
