London Quality Recognition Meeting

Over the Spring term 2018, supplementary schools in Barnet, Hammersmith & Fulham, Lewisham and Westminster have been building portfolios of evidence of the teaching and learning that takes place in their organisations each week.

The first of the London-wide Quality Recognition Meetings will take place in April, as four supplementary schools present their portfolios of evidence for the NRCSE Quality Mark. If you are interested in having the quality of your provision recognised please check our website and complete the safeguarding quiz in the first instance.

The Educational expert taking part in the meeting on a pro bono basis is – Diane Leedham: English, literacy and EAL adviser.

5pm – 6.30 : Diane Leedham and Pascale Vassie (NRCSE) look at portfolios (the schools are not required to be there for this part but they need to hand in their portfolios that morning or, better still, the day before)

6.30-8.10 : schools present (10 mins presentation and 15 mins Q&A each)

8.15 -8.30 : Diane and Pascale review the presentations and make decision re. Quality Mark
