Quality assurance for supplementary schools
The Remote Good Management Training (RGMT) is the new version of the 3 Day Good Management Training, previously offered by NRCSE as a face-face training. It’s been developed as a response to Government social distancing restrictions due to the Covid pandemic. The purpose of the training remains to facilitate participants to produce a Good Management Pack consisting of three specific parts: A Welcome Pack for Parents, A Staff and Volunteer Pack and a Management Committee Guide. This learning process is the foundation for participating schools going on to pursue the NRCSE Quality Mark. The basic shape of the RGMT is as follows:
