Day 2 : Assessing the effectiveness of educational provision in supplementary schools

Following on from the focus on safeguarding and well-being in Day 1, this second session allows trainees to consider further the developmental aspect of the Quality Mark process and how it supports sustainable, positive engagement with community-led provision.

• – Learn what takes place at a Quality Assurance Recognition Meeting
• – The role of the Educational and Governance experts
• – Consider ways to engage local Educational Experts
• – Practice compiling a portfolio of evidence and understand how best to present good practice
• – Review the Quality Mark report and how to use it to promote excellence
