Good Management training for Camden supplementary schools – Day 2

May 13th, 2019 @ 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (Free for Camden supplementary schools)

The purpose of this popular three-day course is to help you to meet the minimum requirements for safe out of school provision. The course will be available for FREE (usually £225 per school) for the first 10 Camden supplementary schools that commit to all 3 days.

Over the three days we shall prepare three booklets that you can use with parents, teachers and volunteers, and the management committee. Together they will guide you to put together a Good Management File for your supplementary school.

Day 1 –  Welcome Pack for Parents;
Day 2 – Staff and Volunteer Handbook.
Day 3 – Management Committee Guide.

On Day 2 we will be working on staff and volunteer management and helping you to produce a Staff and Volunteer Handbook, which will include the following:

• List of staff and volunteers
• Job descriptions/role descriptions
• Code of Conduct for staff and volunteers
• Staff and volunteer policy
• Child Protection Policy
• Health and Safety Policy
• Safety advice for staff and volunteers
• Procedures for offsite visits
• Pupil registers
