Would you like to deliver accredited courses to supplementary school staff and management?
Attend our training course to be able to deliver NRCSE’s accredited courses Effective Management Skills and Teaching in Supplementary Schools.

NRCSE offers a range of modular accredited training for management and teaching staff in the supplementary education sector. These include: Effective Management Skills (3 credits), Teaching in Supplementary Schools (6 credits), Teaching a Language (6 credits), Maintaining a Safe Environment (1 credit), Supporting Children with Special Educational Needs (2 credits), Teaching in Islamic Supplementary Schools (2 credits). Several of these courses can be combined to achieve the Level 3 Certificate in Teaching in the Supplementary Education Sector (QCF). This train-the-trainer course will give you an overview of all our courses and the knowledge to deliver the courses in your locality and/or to be commissioned by NRCSE.

Criteria: Trainers must have prior experience of training adults, preferably holding the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (formerly PTLLS/CTLLS) or equivalent. Trainers should also have a basic understanding of the work of supplementary schools. The course will support learners to draw on their existing expertise and pass on knowledge and best practice to supplementary school staff and volunteers.
