London statutory sector agencies, LSCBs, local authority and CVS staff, supplementary schools and funders met on 17th March at Resource for London to explore the important role supplementary school’s have in supporting London’s children and the challenges faced in making the most of opportunities.
“Really interesting morning: stimulating discussions, not afraid to look at some complex issues, and always returning to creative and practical solutions to help make supplementary schools even greater than they are now – something which benefits us all.” John Robinson, NRCSE Chair of trustees
Thought-provoking morning set off to a great start with Maurice Irfan Coles of CoED Foundation explaining the importance of faith-based supplementary education.
