The YPF Trust Directory of Quality Assured Supplementary Schools and other out-of-school settings is offline while we update listings. The directory is fully searchable with detailed information for out-of-school education settings. Entries include location, contact details, subjects taught and levels of quality assurance. Settings that have completed the Quality Mark for Supplementary Education have a comprehensive Quality Mark Report with feedback from external observation and collaborative recognition meeting.

At the heart of our work is a commitment to the provision of high-quality supplementary education that caters to the diverse needs of children and young people. As highlighted by the research commissioned by Paul Hamlyn Foundation (2015), community-led supplementary education settings play a crucial role in enhancing academic achievement, particularly among students from Black, Asian, and minority ethnic communities. These settings not only support academic learning but also foster cultural belonging and self-confidence, contributing to the holistic development of students.
The revised Quality Mark framework builds on these strengths, this framework not only creates safe spaces for children and young people, where they can cultivate creativity and be empowered to express their voices, but also promotes and helps develop strong school leadership and improvement. Through these efforts, children and young people can develop as active, responsible citizens and reach their full potential.
